Field Opportunities

Equipment Operators:

We have a company-owned fleet.
Extensive training provided.

Our Operators have a wide range of responsibility that reaches beyond getting in the driver seat. It requires a safety priority, an ability to lift 75 pounds, and the skills acquired to assemble and maneuver complex transport systems.

Qualifications

  • Must be 25 Years of Age or Older
  • Must have a valid Class A (CDL)
  • Must have 2 years of verifiable driving experience
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Flexibility to be away from home 4-6 weeks at a time.
  • Ability to obtain a Hazardous Material endorsement within the first 90 days
  • Must be able to travel to Canada

Crew Members:

We have a company-owned fleet.
Extensive training provided.

Our Crew Members have a wide range of responsibility that reaches beyond getting in the driver seat. It requires a safety priority, an ability to lift 75 pounds, and the acquired skills to assemble and escort complex transport systems.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
  • Must have a valid Class A or B (CDL)
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Flexibility to be away from home 4-6 weeks at a time.
  • Ability to obtain a Hazardous Material endorsement within the first 90 days
  • Must be able to travel to Canada

Shop & Office Opportunities

Fluid Power Specialist

Our shop team is responsible for ensuring the safety and operation of our equipment. The Fluid Power Specialist plays a significant part in operating, testing, and servicing all our running gear and hydraulic assets.

QUALIFICAtions

  • AAS degree in Fluid Power and/or 5 years minimum experience working as a technician in the fluid power industry
  • Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge in mobile hydraulics
  • Tool inventory capable of making most related repairs
  • Minimum 1 year experience with a repair order/inventory system
  • Basic computer skills
  • 12 volt electrical control system knowledge

Diesel Technician

Diesel Technician

Our shop team is responsible for ensuring the safety and operation of our equipment. The Diesel Technician's main duties revolve around our preventative maintenance processes and quality control systems.

QUALIFICAtions

  • 2 Year degree in diesel mechanics and/or 5 years minimum experience working as a technician in the transportation industry
  • Strong mechanical knowledge in trucking industry
  • Tool inventory capable of making most related repairs
  • Minimum 1 year experience with a repair order/inventory system
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working with heavy duty road tractors and multi axle trailers is preferred.

Project Coordinator I

Extensive training provided.

Extensive training provided.

Our Operations team is responsible for the protecting the plan. The Project Coordinator I is an integral member responsible for effectively routing, permitting, scheduling, and communicating details accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in a Mac OS X environment
  • Microsoft Office and Google Maps capabilities
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
